Parcels are shipped within 1 to 2 days of the order being placed.
We will email you to let you know what the estimated delivery date will be and send relevant tracking information.
Payfast supports a wide array of payment methods including Instant EFT, credit cards, Mobicred, Masterpass, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.
If you are interested in making a purchase from outside South Africa, we recommend visiting our ETSY shop or contacting us directly for assistance with your transaction.
Our shipping services extend to North America, the U.K, and EU countries.
MISSING GOODS
For orders that fail to arrive within 7 working days of sending (barring extraordinary delays due to postage strikes, extreme weather or political events), we will send a replacement. If it occurs more than once, to be fair, the costs will be split by both parties .
RETURNING GOODS
If you change your mind about the things you have bought, you can return them within 21 days of your purchase date. If they are still in the condition in which we sent them to you, we’ll give you a refund on your purchase, but shipping costs are non-refundable. NB: Please send us an email informing us of your decision to return an item before sending it back. Thank you.
DAMAGED GOODS
If the item you received is damaged, or somehow unsatisfactory, please get in touch with a photo that displays/ illustrates the problem. Damaged goods supplied by us will be replaced.
